WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PRELOVED? 
We sell preloved items - clothing, footwear and accessories that were once owned and worn by someone else. Most of the items we sell have only been gently used or just worn a few times.

WHY SHOULD I BUY PRELOVED CLOTHING? 
Buying preloved clothing supports sustainability and circular fashion, it helps to prevent more clothing wastage and keeps garments out of landfill. It also enables you to get quality, label garments at a reduced price - reducing the impact on both our wallets and the planet!

DO YOU ONLY SELL PRELOVED CLOTHING? 
Most of the clothing we offer is preloved, although we do have a small range which we classify as new with tags (BNWT). These are items that have not been worn and have the retail tags still intact.

WHAT CONDITION CAN I EXPECT THE CLOTHING TO BE? 
All items are clean, and in like new condition, with no stains, odours, marks, tears, piling or pulls.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU SELL? 
We sell a wide range of quality clothing brands including Kowtow, Country Road, Witchery, Ketz-ke, Decjuba, Nom*d, Mild Red, Mi Piaci, Zara, Augustine plus more! We are constantly sourcing quality clothing so new stock is coming in all the time.

WHAT RANGE OF SIZES DO YOU SELL? 
We are always looking to consign a range of clothing from size 8-20+ but due to the consignment nature of the business, cannot always guarantee clothing in every size all the time - but we do sell shoes and bags and jewellery!!

I SEE SOMETHING I LIKE, HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOU? 
Simply click on ‘add to cart’ for each item and then go to checkout to complete your order. You can see the items in your cart by clicking on the bag icon in the top right hand corner of our website.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? 
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
If your items don’t fit, please return these items to us within 10 days of delivery to receive either a refund or store credit for the items returned. For more details click on the Refund Policy link at the bottom of this page. NOTE you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning any items.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at michelle@reclotheme.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
