Hi, I’m Michelle and I’m the owner and founder of re.clotheme, now situated at 2A Good Street Lane (High St end), Rangiora, North Canterbury.  

For years I have bought and sold clothing, shoes and accessories at pre-loved boutiques and online. I really enjoy the thrill of finding a wee surprise whether an item of clothing, footwear or accessory - re-styling it and making it my own!

I started this business from a little pink Portacom in the driveway at our farm in Oxford to see if there was an interest locally in quality pre-loved clothing.  My wonderful customer base continued to grow and it wasn't long before I ventured into the township of Oxford where I had a lovely shop in the Main St for 2 years.  

During the end of that time I began to dream about venturing into a larger township with a much wider catchment area and so was delighted when I found my current space in the busy town of Rangiora!

We provide a relaxed and friendly shopping environment and give honest feedback and helpful suggestions - sometimes encouraging you to push your boundaries and step out of your comfort zone to explore new looks and styles, whilst respecting your individuality.   

I find it so special that re.clotheme can provide a place for you ladies to purchase gorgeous, quality garments, shoes and accessories that make you feel fabulous, empowered and also ensures the re-cycle journey continues.  If we collectively shop slow fashion as opposed to fast fashion, we will make an impact on both our planet and our wallet!  Great style doesn’t have to cost the earth!

Why not grab a friend or two, and spend a few hours in the bustling township of Rangiora, North Canterbury.  With plenty of cafe options, a fabulous variety of shops, and just 28ks from Christchurch, there is plenty to do and see out this way.
