To be eligible to return your item it must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item was new (BNWT) the tags must still be intact and attached.

Due to the preloved nature of the business we are unable to accept change of mind returns, or return of sale items.

Please note there is no returns or cash exchanged for gift cards purchased.

In Store Returns

We do not issue refunds on items purchased in store. If you would like to return an item purchased in store, we will discuss your concerns and organise an exchange or store credit.

Online Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a refund, exchange or store credit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping on any returns. The cost of shipping for new purchases is at your expense.

Items must be returned back to us within 10 working days of receiving it. Please return your package via Track & Trace methods only, enclosing all relevant information and post to:

Faulty Items

If a product is faulty or not fit for use, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
